Kessel Construction was recently presented with the STEP (Safety Training Evaluation Process) Award by ABC of Central Pennsylvania in recognition of its Silver Level of achievement and its ongoing efforts in the development of a quality safety program in 2019. Participating ABC members measure their safety processes and policies on 24 key components through a detailed questionnaire with the goal of implementing or enhancing safety programs that reduce jobsite incidents.
